Level Up Business specialises in helping Owner-Operated, Small to Medium sized businesses reach their potential by giving them the tools, support and accountability they need to get them to the next Level Up.

Level Up Business is part of Level Up (South West) Ltd, a mentoring, support and training firm started in 2006 by Graeme Crosbie, and which is based on a rural business park in Hambridge, near Langport in Somerset.

Graeme came to Mentoring and Training after a successful 16 year career in corporate manufacturing businesses, on the board of multi-million pound businesses from the age of 30.  Originally a marketing specialist, Graeme progressed through Commercial management to General Management, and has managed teams in all disciplines across the UK and Ireland and in Western Europe.  He was involved in two successful and profitable Management Buy-Outs prior to starting Level Up in December 2006.

Since then Level Up Business has supported in excess of 1000 businesses in the West Country through its seminar programmes, training and support workshops and mentoring programmes.  Graeme’s passion is in helping Business Owners unlock their potential, and thereby the potential for their businesses and their employees.  With an enviable track record of client success, Level Up Business is committed to delivering results through the philosophy of the late Jim Rohn…
