I have a kitchen and bathroom business in Glastonbury. I started working with Graeme Crosbie of Level Up Southwest on a business coaching program six months ago.

After an initial informal chat about my business Graeme made lots of suggestions on how he could help me move my business forward. He produced a fairly detailed plan of the areas we would cover.

In the past months we have looked at all the general aspects of my business including the direction of the business and any future goals. We have carefully looked at our marketing strategy, measuring our enquiries and making sure our sales team are following the same procedures and presenting work to potential clients with consistency. Graeme has worked through the costing of our manufacturing and we have planned budgets for the coming year.

Our regular meetings have always been informative, useful and given me the momentum and enthusiasm to move my business forward. Working on smaller segments of the business at a time has been more manageable and although he set me many tasks, they have always been realistic and achievable.

Graeme has a huge wealth of knowledge which he imparts in a professional yet straight forward and understandable manner often with humour whenever appropriate! He is extremely personable, friendly and easy to talk to yet his professional approach has helped me to keep focussed on my business. I feel Graeme has given me more of the tools I need to manage my business in a better way.
